Definition
The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.
"You" and "Your" represents a User's authorization to log in and use some features of the Services, and it serves as a User's identity. Only human beings can create an Account. Accounts registered by 'bots' or other automated methods are not permitted.
"Application", "We", "Our" refers to Shungo.
These terms and conditions govern your use of the application and its associated services and your access to the Discord server. By using the application or accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application or access the service.
You agree that your Account will be blacklisted, and you will not be able to use the application anymore if you are breaking the rules stated in this Terms of Service without our explicit consent.
Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase and you did not use your subscription, some cases can be:
- - If you forget to cancel your subscription
- - If you made a purchase by accident
- - If the application does not work for you
In all those cases, we can see if you used the subscription. If you wish to be refunded, please contact us by making a ticket on our Discord.
Application usage
You agree that you will not debug, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, or monitor our application or its files at any time. You agree that you will not debug the traffic through a third party server at any time. You agree that you will not defame our application in any way, or advertise for other products in our Discord if you are not permitted. You agree that you will not reverse engineer our connections or forcefully try to find our service IPs. You agree that you will not DDoS/DoS our services.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time without fees. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. To cancel, log in to your account or contact support.
User content
We are not responsible for damage caused by our application, such as bans, and you use it at your own risk.
By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the application. The application administrators reserve the right to amend, modify or update these terms at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes made. Your continued use of the application following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
