Why do I have no subscription?


If you have purchased a subscription but can't see it on the dashboard or you received the error "Subscription Required" on our software, it probably means you are logged into the wrong account. Verify the email, and note that you can have up to 4 accounts with the same email using a different authentication provider (Google, Discord, Facebook, Shungo). Make sure to log in with the right one. If you still can't login or are not able to cancel your subscription, please contact our support.

How to get a subscription ?


Before buying a subscription, you can try the app for free and do up to 3 catches, if you want to buy a subscription, go to the Homepage and login with your account, if you aren't, you can then find the Buy Now button and pay through Stripe
